Chef Steven Lash: A Culinary Journey

With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Steven Lash is a seasoned chef whose passion for food has been a driving force throughout his career. His journey in the culinary world began humbly, starting as a dishwasher in high school. Despite the humble beginnings, Chef Steven’s talent and dedication quickly propelled him into the heart of Atlanta’s culinary scene.
Chef Steven honed his skills in some of Atlanta’s top kitchens, where he learned from the best and developed his unique culinary style. However, after nearly 15 years in the industry, Chef Steven decided to take a hiatus to focus on raising his family.
In 2019, Chef Steven returned to the culinary world with a renewed passion and energy. He embarked on a new chapter as a private chef, creating exquisite dining experiences in the comfort of his clients’ homes. His talent and dedication soon earned him an incredible reputation in North Georgia and Atlanta, with clients praising his creative menus and impeccable service.
In January 2023, Chef Steven took his passion for food to the next level and opened Sage. With Sage, Chef Steven aims to provide exceptional dining experiences that combine his culinary expertise with his commitment to hospitality. At Sage, every dish is a reflection of Chef Steven’s culinary journey, showcasing his passion for food and his dedication to excellence.
