Very few things pump up a chef more than a trip to a good market! To be able to browse the goods and find inspiration really gets the creativity flowing.
Earlier this week, Chef Jacq and I took a trip to Atlanta to visit the Buford Highway Farmer’s Market. As we walked the aisles, we were brainstorming ideas and ultimately came up with this weeks menu.
