By placing an order with Sage & Salt, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day. Applies to in-stock items only.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently offer shipping through UPS Ground (estimated 4–9 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to volume, weather, or regional limitations. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our control once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

• Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories

• International destinations

Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information. If incorrect information is submitted and your package is delayed, lost, or returned:

• You may choose to pay for reshipment

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or lost by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing an investigation with the shipping carrier upon request.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

Forwarding Services

We do not assume responsibility for goods delivered to third-party forwarding services. Loss or damage that occurs after delivery to such services is the customer’s responsibility.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Products made from natural materials (e.g., crystals, obsidian, quartz) will vary in appearance. These variations are natural and should be expected.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
