Returns

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sageandsalt.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 additional days.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • 1.5ML tester-sized bottles

  • Fine jewelry

  • Bag charms

  • Crystals, candles, used sprays

  • Any items marked Final Sale

  • Limited edition or collaboration items

  • Health or hygiene items unsealed after delivery

  • Products with natural material variations (e.g., quartz, obsidian)

Orders over $300 are non-refundable.


Exchanges & Repairs

We do not offer exchanges or repairs on any items received more than 14 days prior to your request.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
